Beats are digital, non-tangible goods delivered immediately on payment confirmation. Once the license PDF has been issued and the MP3 / WAV / stems files have been delivered, the buyer has received the product in full. We refund only in the four narrow operational cases below.
A refund will be issued only in the following four cases. We do not issue refunds for any reason outside this list.

Payment was confirmed, but the license PDF or audio assets did not reach you within seventy-two (72) hours of payment, the resend-downloads flow did not resolve the issue, and support was unable to deliver the files manually.
The delivered WAV, stems archive, or license PDF is technically defective (corrupted, codec unreadable, archive cannot be extracted) and you report the issue within thirty (30) days. Most cases are resolved by re-issuing files; refund is the fallback when re-issuance fails.
You paid for an Exclusive license at the moment another Exclusive purchase for the same beat completed first. The system is designed to prevent this with atomic stock control; in the rare case it occurs, the second buyer receives an automatic full refund.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the corresponding UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers are normally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because beats are delivered immediately on payment, this right falls away only if the consumer expressly consents to immediate delivery and waives the 14-day right. By checking the digital delivery waiver at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that once delivery begins you lose that right to the extent permitted by applicable law. The waiver applies only to the specific purchase you complete; we do not assume future waivers.

Under Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law, an individually delivered digital good cannot be returned. Refunds remain available in the four operational cases above.
US consumers are protected by the policy as written above. Filing a chargeback for a fulfilled, non-defective delivery is a breach of contract and the underlying license is revoked. Genuine refund cases should go through support@lev-mourne.com first — the great majority of legitimate cases are resolved without bank involvement.

Refund decisions are usually made within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the provider but is typically 3–10 business days. When a refund is approved, the corresponding license is automatically revoked, download tokens are invalidated, and the song built on that beat must be removed from distribution.
